4th Mangystau Regional Oil & Gas, Infrastructure Exhibition 2009 was held on 3-5 November 2009 at the Grand Nur Plaza Hotel & Convention Centre, Aktau, Kazakhstan.

Mangystau Oil & Gas is a regional trade event aimed at the oil, gas and petroleum industries.

The event serves the resource-rich Mangystau region, offering exhibitors the opportunity to introduce new projects and network with key regional visitors.

The exhibition is actively supported by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Governor of Mangystau and Aktau.

Participants include KazMunayGas and Shell's Kazakhstan office.
